Course-by-course evaluations include our analysis of your diploma and transcripts/marksheets, our assessment of the equivalent degree and GPA within the US or Canadian school system, credit calculation, our certification as to our evaluation accuracy, and mailing to one address.
What if I don’t like it?
Our evaluations are backed by the evaluation industry’s only Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re not satisfied with your evaluation, simply cancel prior to mailing for a full refund (excluding rush fees).
Why are your competitors so expensive?
Some of our competitors (we call them ‘Fax ‘n Fedexes’) have been around for over 30 years, and they will charge you much more for their evaluations because they process orders a lot like they did before the internet. Shouldn’t I just get a General Evaluation – it’s cheaper?!
It depends what you need your evaluation for. Generally speaking, employers and immigration services prefer more complete information about your degree, so we recommend a course-by-course evaluation. Having said that, needs vary widely so we always recommend you determine what’s needed before purchasing. For ongoing education applications, Course by Course evaluations are strongly recommended.
What if my documents aren’t in English?
We have you covered! We’re American Translator Association members and have a pool of worldwide, bilingual translators standing by. Standard document translation is $24.99/page for all languages, and usually takes one day.
How do I get started?
Simply upload your documents to the Order page and make the payment. Your project is then underway.
How long does it take?
Evaluation drafts are emailed the day after payment is received. If your order requires translation, this is typically completed in one day, and the evaluation is completed the day after you approve your translation. Standard mailing then takes about one week in the US.

What if I have corrections or comments?
Just click on the link in our email to provide any corrections or comments. We’ll usually have an updated document back to you within hours. We’re not satisfied with the document until you are!

Will my evaluation expire?
No – your evaluation does not expire.
